We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Care Engineer to help us strengthen the customer care team. In this role you will play a pivotal role in the development and future of our team.

As a Customer Care Engineers, you will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver top-notch customer support. This position is based in our Utrecht office, and you will be reporting to the Regional Support Manager.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Technical support: Providing top of the line software and hardware support to our customers via emails, tickets and calls.
  • Problem solving: Analyzing, testing and executing potential solutions while documenting each step in our ticket system.
  • Sharing knowledge: Transforming information and solutions in tickets to useful, easy to follow knowledge base articles.
  • Ownership: Take ownership of tickets to ensure their timely and correct handling
  • Collaborating: Working with local customer care colleagues, Project managers, onsite engineers as well as colleagues internationally to continuously enhance our service offerings and share best practices.
  • Team work: Actively build relationships and foster global collaboration, contributing to our culture.


To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Customer Support Experience: Previous experience in a Customer Support or Customer Care role
  • Proactive Mindset: Approach challenges with a proactive rather than reactive mindset, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to learn: We are on a transformative journey and a willingness to learn and the ability to adapt to new situations is expected
  • High work capacity: You possess the ability to keep several tasks going at the same time without letting the quality drop or exceeding deadlines
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English are required to effectively engage with our customers and diverse customer base.
