Key responsibilities

As Financial Controller your responsibilities are:

• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including account reconciliations and preparation of financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with financial forecasting and budgeting.
• Collaborate with senior finance staff to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare financial reports for internal stakeholders, contributing to business decision-making.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial reporting processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in financial controlling within the financial services industry.
• Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Strong attention to detail, analytic skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills.
