We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Development to oversee the organization of software/hardware features. As our project manager with experience within software and electronics projects, your task is to devise new technical and operational solutions, coordinate people and processes to ensure timely delivery of our projects, and achieve the desired outcomes. You will be the point of contact for anything related to our new technical products, project organization, and schedule. Specific responsibilities of the project manager include developing detailed project plans, resource availability and allocation, and timely delivery of each project within budget and scope. As project managers, you should have a background in management, budgeting, analysis, and engineering. You must be an excellent communicator, comfortable managing multiple tasks, a team player, and possess problem-solving abilities.

Your Responsibilities:

• You create a project plan, project goals, and milestones. You implement these while aligning with relevant stakeholders;

• You collaborate directly with the CTO and VP of Engineering to gain in-depth insight into their application needs for delivering the optimal solution;

• You act as the point of contact for the development teams;

• You work closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Technical Support departments;

• You manage the planning and implementation of new features within our product portfolio. You monitor implementation progress, prevent deviations and professionally resolve issues. You identify scope changes and bring them up for discussion, while guarding against scope creep;

• You provide progress reports for executives and stakeholders;

• You'll be part of the engineering team, fostering close collaboration within it;

We think that as a Project Manager Software Development within Payter, you will be successful if you bring the following knowledge and experience with you. • A completed, relevant hbo / wo education;

• Ideally you have experience as a software developer;

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a project manager in a fast-growing (international) environment;

• Experience within software projects;

• Experience in setting up processes;

• Experience with Lean and Agile methodologies;

• Interest in technology or hardware products;

• Excellent communication skills: you possess the ability to communicate product information and maintain customer relationships;

• Your perspective and thorough approach motivates others;

• You know how to open doors and establish long-lasting relationships;

• You possess proficiency in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
