Fastned owns and operates a growing network of more than 300 fast charging stations across Europe, allowing electric vehicle drivers to charge their car with 100% green energy in just 15 minutes. Our mission is to accelerate the transition towards sustainable mobility by giving freedom to electric drivers. Our goal is a European network of 1000 fast charging stations in prime locations, where all electric vehicles can charge with renewable energy from the sun and wind.   • ️Your role


We are looking for a Sales Support, based in Amsterdam, to join our Commercial Development team.

As Sales Support at Fastned, you are responsible for optimising our sales and commercial partnership efforts through the analysis and prediction of sales performance and market development trends. You’ll work closely with our Commercial Activation Managers and support their sales and partnership building effort by analysing sales data, building business cases and scanning the market for competitor practices. Based on the insights and analysis, you will provide advice to develop sales proposals, suggest strategies to increase sales and enhance customer engagement and propose partnership improvement ideas.


So what specifically are you going to be working on?

  • Analysing sales data, preparing regular sales reporting and comparing actual sales data to revenue projections and expectations

  • Building sales and partnership business cases based on past deal performance and client needs, co-creating the deal proposal with sales/commercial activation managers

  • Scanning the market and analysing market and competitor data, identifying best practice

  • Developing projections and forecasts and defining budget needs required to deliver on sales and partnership targets

  • Identifying deals and partnership areas that require improvement (e.g., deviation between actuals and projection, late payments) and challenging the status quo based on data and analytics insights

  • Collaborating closely with Pricing and Data teams on building data reporting and dashboards

Even though you might not have worked in the EV sector before, an affinity for our mission to accelerate the transition to sustainable mobility is key.   • We think that proven internship and/or work experience in a relevant role (e.g., sales analyst/support, account management, consulting) is needed to succeed.

  • Your curious mindset helps you to continuously learn, challenge the status quo and make improvements based on your ideas.

  • Your organizational skills help you to manage the various projects efficiently and take commercially sound decisions

  • You should have experience working with interdisciplinary teams with the ability to manage different stakeholders, both internally and externally

  • Because we are an international company, fluent English is necessary, ideally you also speak one of the other relevant languages: Dutch, German, French.
