What you’ll do:

In this position, your role is to manage the assigned projects/orders and plan and follow up so that they are delivered to the customer on time, so that the customer is satisfied and the delivery time meets or even exceeds expectations.

What will you be responsible for?
  • Develop a detailed integrated project planning and identify the critical path for material, engineering and production resources and monitor it for progress.
  • Actively participate in project kick-offs and reviews, reviewing work plans, assigning responsibilities and identifying escalation paths. Release work orders and monitor on-time project delivery. Identifying and monitoring KPIs
  • Regularly monitor, oversee, integrate, coordinate and coordinate at overall project level with regard to the various work orders.
  • Reviewing and supporting ("scope") change requests, taking into account the critical path, planning of the project. Carrying out risk analyses in relation to change requests. Advising order management and other stakeholders in decision-making.
  • Regularly supporting and facilitating risk management, participating in reporting of KPI’s to management included project-evaluations, preparation of profitability and customer satisfaction score with the available software tools, co-recording lessons learned and lessons learned.
  • Identify and solve bottlenecks at project level and inform the various stakeholder disciplines.
  • Regularly monitor, oversee, integrate, coordinate and align at the overall project level with regard to the various work orders.
  • Reviewing and supporting ("scope") change requests


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor level or equivalent in combination of engineering, material management, production planning with good knowledge of material and supply chain/logistics management.


Skills:

  • Ability to work effectively with ERP systems (preferably with SAP), in a matrix organization with customer/supplier interactions in a production environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and willingness to develop further.
  • Continuously want to improve the planning processes in collaboration with the team involved.
  • An excellent team player and problem solver who can balance the various interests of the parties involved.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English language
