Your Mission at CYCLE

• Safety checks and maintenance: You carry out regular inspections of our e-bikes and ensure that they are in top condition for our customers
• Fault diagnosis and repairs: you will recognize and fix recurring problems and share your findings and solutions with the team if necessary
• Spare parts organization: You order and manage spare parts in our storage so that you are always optimally equipped
• Complete fleet support: You take responsibility for your fleet, from initial inspection to final acceptance
• On-site service: You visit our partner companies to maintain and repair their e-bikes directly on-site
• Focus on customer satisfaction: actively gather feedback from our customers to ensure that they are completely satisfied with our service and encourage dialogue with them

Your skills and qualifications

• Experience: You have a good technical understanding and relevant personal experience. Practical knowledge in electronics, mechanics, two-wheeler or automotive mechatronics, engineering, or mechanical engineering is beneficial
• Passion for Bikes: You are passionate about working with e-bikes and bicycles and are capable of performing minor repairs yourself
• Language Skills: You are fluent in English
• Working Hours: This position can be filled on a full-time basis
• Driver's License: A Class B driver's license is mandatory for this position
• Mobility: You are willing to travel daily for work to various regions, including Belgium
