Shift Supervisor Fleecing (F/M/D)

Responsibilities

• Leading your team: You are the coach who motivates and manages the team every day. With your approach, you contribute to a positive and stimulating work culture.
• Realize production planning: You assess the planning and deploy the right people, resources and machines to realize everything within the planned time.
• Ensuring safety and quality: You ensure that the production meets all requirements, from quality to safety.
• Maintenance and optimization: You keep the production machines in top condition and continuously look at how processes can be improved.
• Reporting and communicating: You keep track of the results and share them within the operational team.

Qualifications

• What do you need?
• A Vapro-C mechanical operator and/or Middle Management diploma, or a similar training.
• Working and thinking level at MBO-plus.
• Experience in shifts.
