Looking for something different from standard production work? Then we might have just the thing for you! One of our clients is looking for a Logistics Employee in Sint Nicolaasga. This role offers more variety and responsibility for you.

Where will you work?
Your new employer is a food production company that operates not only in the Netherlands but has also established itself in over 20 countries within and outside Europe. The company is based in Sint Nicolaasga, where you will work in a team of approximately 200 colleagues. Together, you will strive to deliver the best product to customers. Through extensive market and product knowledge, the company helps its clients—and itself—seize opportunities and grow further.

What will you do?
  • As a Logistics Employee, you will be responsible for the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing goods. Your tasks will include loading products, unloading semi-finished goods, and operating logistics equipment such as palletizers, hand scanners, forklifts, and shuttle systems. You will also be involved in inventory management and resolving first-line issues with logistics equipment.
  • Additionally, you will perform some administrative tasks, such as processing and reviewing transport documents. In this role, you will work closely with your colleagues and supervisors to ensure the logistics process runs smoothly. This includes directing drivers and ensuring a seamless handover to the next shift.
  • In short, you will play a crucial role in keeping the logistics processes running efficiently and contribute to the overall success of the team.

What do we expect from you?
  • You hold a (reach) forklift certificate.
  • You have MBO-3 work and thinking level.
  • You are knowledgeable about logistics processes and WMS systems.
  • You have a passion for the food industry.
  • You are stress-resistant and can adapt quickly.
  • You are available full-time and willing to work in a 5-shift system. This means working two morning shifts, two afternoon shifts, and two night shifts, followed by four days off—averaging 33.6 hours per week.
  • You have your own transport.
  • You speak Dutch or English.
What can you expect from us?
  • A salary between 19,90,- and 26,45,- gross per hour, including a 32.32% shift allowance, depending on experience.
