Are you a natural salesperson with persuasive skills who proactively approaches customers with ease? Due to the growth of our organization and our aim to achieve commercial objectives, we are seeking an Inside Sales Representative (B2B) for our head office located in Grou.


What Will You Be Doing?

  • Develop initiatives and ideas with your colleagues to meet the established commercial objectives.
  • Proactively engage with customers from a commercial perspective with natural conviction.
  • Coordinate the entire customer journey, from intake to delivery.
  • Maintain commercial contact with customers, account managers, and colleagues.
  • Handle the administrative processing of phone calls and scheduled appointments.
  • Support account managers and organise customer visits.
  • Keep the customer database up-to-date.
  • Follow up on various marketing activities.
  • Participate in commercial activities, such as trade fairs and exhibitions.

What are we asking of you?

  • You possess natural persuasive skills, making the achievement of commercial objectives a straightforward task.
  • You are proactive in driving results and contribute initiatives to enhance team performance.
  • You have an excellent command of Swedish and/or Finnish, as well as English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in another Nordic language, besides Swedish and Finnish, is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Having an affinity with the technical industry and/or electronic components is an advantage.
