We're looking for an experienced souschef to support out chef in our newly renovated Tulp!


What will you do:
Menu Planning & Development

\- Collaborate with head chef on menu creation and modifications.

\- Ensure cost-effective and quality dishes.

Kitchen Management

\- Supervise kitchen staff during food preparation.

\- Maintain food and equipment inventory.

Food Preparation & Cooking

\- Cook dishes to recipe and quality standards.

\- Ensure safe and hygienic food handling.

Quality Control & Hygiene

\- Monitor ingredient and dish quality.

\- Comply with health and safety regulations.

Administrative Tasks

\- Assist with menu costing and budgeting.

\- Maintain kitchen records.


Who are you:
\- around 6 years of experience in a kitchen

\- around 1 year of experience as a souschef

\- experience in an Asian (Fusion) kitchen is a big plus!

\- you live in or around Amsterdam
