As a RMA Service coordinator, you will maintain direct communication with customers, making a valuable contribution to creating an excellent customer experience. Providing relevant information and answering questions accurately about products are among your core responsibilities.

Role & Responsibilities

You ensure product availability and coordinate the RMA claim (Return Merchandise Authorization)

You collect returns from End user or Distributor/Reseller to ensure the best interest of company.

You manage RMA returned units for saving service cost and achieving higher customer satisfaction rate.

You conduct visual inspect RMA units prior to testing and follow testing procedure to manage B2C and B2B RMA.

By sorting, screening, or testing the returned units to classify the defective reason.

You manage the credit amount to customer.(B2B)

You manage questions from customers via email and ticket system.

Corporate with BU to consolidated defective reason and collect related information required for analysis to avoid customer complaint.

Discuss ways to improve the service with the support team.

Operational Experience/Academic Qualification

Over 3 years PC DIY or other consumer product service experience.

Good interpersonal skill, communication with customers

Good organizational skill, team spirit, proactive person with attention to detail

Fluent in English
