For our client, an international company based in Amsterdam, we are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator (m/f/x). In this role, you will work closely with the local customer service desk to support the implementation of the sales strategy. Your focus will be on providing authentic and exceptional customer service and support, managing both internal and external customer orders, enquiries, and information requests.
As the key interface between the market and the internal organisation, you will co-execute operational sales processes while applying a differentiated service strategy. Orders and enquiries will be managed using SAP.
Tasks and Responsibilities
As the Customer Service Coordinator in Amsterdam, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the local customer service desk for the North-Western European region, with a focus on the Netherlands, Flanders, and the Nordic region
- Actively supporting local customers in the Netherlands, Flanders, and potentially additional markets within the North-Western European sales region
- Serving as the main point of contact for customers with various enquiries and technical requests
- Managing the order-to-cash (OSP, OTC) process by channeling requests and orders throughout the organisation
- Leading (tele)sales activities, including applying cross-selling techniques
- Optimising internal order desk functions and automating processes to improve customer satisfaction
- Managing and handling quotations
- Overseeing the customer care claim process, including claim handling in SAP_QM
Profile
As the Customer Service Coordinator in Amsterdam, we are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 3 years of related working experience
- Possesses excellent communication skills
- Is flexible and able to work within a small team on a variety of tasks
- Has experience using SAP (highly desirable)
- Is fluent in both Dutch and English (mandatory)
- Is service-oriented and customer-focused
