From our International planning, deliveries of our products are scheduled to our customers, the end user.

The product is installed by our International installation teams. To ensure our customer satisfaction, we are in close contact with our international installation teams so that the installation teams can contact headquarters at any time with any product and order questions. Also, after each product installation the installation teams have contact with international installation order controller for approval and closure of the installation at the customer.

Description Function

As International Controller for the field service you are the first point of contact for the International closing department and in case of escalation the first point of contact for international installers regarding product requests. You check in advance what has been sent to the customer and check whether the order has been delivered complete before responding to product requests. You check the stock and make sure that invoices are handled adequately. Working with the logistics manager, you will pursue set KPIs and will report adequately to the operations manager.

Primary Duties

• Tracking telephone closings for script structure and content;

• Checking the processing of closings on Intranet;

• Checking the processing of closings in Exact;

• Weekly update of the inventory lists of the international teams;

• Checking that a photo has been entered into the system for each closing of a team.

• Checking debtors following deliveries;

• Being 100% up to date with the closing list;

Your profile:

• Completed education at MBO level is a plus, not a requirement.

• Relevant work experience.

• You are good in Microsoft Office(Excel).

• Hands on mentality;

• You are administratively skilled;

• You are communicatively strong.

• Collaboration is paramount for you.

• Language skills in Slovak and/or Czech. English in word and writing.

Popis Funkcia

Ako medzinárodný kontrolór ste prvým kontaktom pre medzinárodné uzatváracie oddelenie a v prípade eskalácie ste prvým kontaktom pre slovenských inštalatérov v súvislosti s problemami počas inštalácie. Predtým, ako odpoviete na ich žiadosti, skontrolujete, čo mal zákazníkovi objednané, a skontrolujete, či bola objednávka úplne doručená. Kontrolujete zásoby a uisťujete sa, že faktúry sú správne spracované. V spolupráci s manažérom logistiky budete sledovať stanovené kľúčové ukazovatele výkonnosti (KPI) a podávať adekvátne správy vedúcemu prevádzky.

Primárne úlohy

• Sledovanie a kontrolovanie inštalácii telefonický podľa danej štruktúry;
• Kontrola spracovania inštalácii na intranete;
• Kontrola spracovania inštalácii v programe Exact;
• Týždenná aktualizácia zásob tímov;
• Kontrola, či je do systému zadaná fotografia pre každú inštaláciu.
• Kontrola dlžníkov;
• Uzatvaranie 100% inštalácii načas.

Váš profil:

• Absolvované stredoškolské vzdelanie;
• Relevantné pracovné skúsenosti;
• Ovládate Microsoft Office (Excel);
• Mentalita "hands on";
• Máte administratívne zručnosti;
• Ste dobrý komunikátor;
• Spoluprácovanie je pre vás prioritou;
• Jazykové znalosti slovenčiny a/alebo češtiny, angličtiny slovom a písmom. Holandčina je výhodou.
