Your job

As a Data Analyst in the Finance & Risk Data Domain team, you will support stakeholders in Finance and Risk by implementing current and future data structures and architectures. Specifically, you will be a part of the Data Quality Assurance (Data QA) team within INSTAGRAMS, working alongside six other members from diverse backgrounds and cultures, all focused on data excellence.
Please note that INSTAGRAMS is not related to the Instagram social media platform nor the social media data.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and implementing projects using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Maintaining dashboards, apps, and Power Automate tools on the Self-Service Power Platform.
  • Implementing and performing technical activities on Databricks with Python, PySpark, and SQL.
  • Developing and implementing solutions on Azure Cloud services.


Working environment

You will be part of the dynamic, open, and informal Finance & Risk Data Domain within the Finance & Risk Business Grids (F&RBG). Our team of over 250 international professionals is committed to improving risk data management. We operate using an Agile model across five teams, working together to generate reliable risk data on time by enhancing data quality, systems, and processes.
You will report to the Product Owner of the DQA team and Lead PO of INSTAGRAMS. Together, you will represent the interests of INSTAGRAMS internally (MT, Finance/Risk, CIO, DFC, DIAL, Business MT’s, etc.) and externally (supervisors).


Your profile

You are an energetic and self-motivated individual with a passion for both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You understand the end-to-end processes within your organization and are driven to deliver valuable contributions to your clients. You continuously seek to enhance your expertise and skills, learning by doing.
The ideal candidate will:
  • Hold a master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, or a related field.
  • Have at least 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Be proficient in Power Platform applications such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps, with a Microsoft PL-300 certification.
  • Be skilled in SQL, Python, and PySpark.
  • Have knowledge of at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Experience in Databricks is a plus.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork, innovation, and goal orientation.
  • Possess a can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Embrace an agile way of working.
  • Be committed to continuous learning and skill sharing.
  • Be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent projects, effectively prioritizing and managing time.
  • Have the capacity to challenge stakeholders and get to the "question behind the question."
  • Be knowledgeable in Finance/Risk and reporting processes, with a desire to deepen analytical skills related to reporting, processes, data, and applications.
  • Expertise in Banking is a plus.
