We are seeking a talented and passionate Pizza Chef who specializes in Neapolitan pizza dough to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in traditional Italian cooking techniques, a love for quality ingredients, and the ability to create exceptional pizzas that delight our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and hand-stretch authentic Neapolitan pizza dough using high-quality ingredients.
- Ensure all pizzas are crafted to perfection, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Develop and create new pizza recipes, incorporating seasonal ingredients and local flavors.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow during service.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in pizza-making techniques and best practices.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a pizza chef, with a strong emphasis on Neapolitan pizza dough.
