To accelerate the growth of our consulting activities in the Dutch market, we are currently looking for experienced Consultants able to support the development of Avertim’s consulting activities in Life Sciences & Chemicals.

As a Consultant, you are responsible for:

• Mission Delivery: Acting as a trusted advisor in solving and managing issues the client encounters. The intervention will be around Avertim’s key service lines: increase performance, drive innovation and leverage compliance.
• Client Relationship: Establishing, building and maintaining a good relationship with clients when collaborating with them in applying new processes, technologies or methodologies.
• Team Collaboration: Supported by peers you will be working and collaborating with clients in a team context to achieve sustainable deliverables.

Your background:

• A Master’s Degree in either Sciences, Engineering and/or an MBA
• Fluent in Dutch and English. Good knowledge of French or German are a valuable asset
• Up to 5 years of professional experience (experience in management consulting is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills
• Project Management experience is a plus
• Excellent client management and relationship building skills
• Excellent communication skills
• You show resilience and are willing to go the extra mile
