Based in our office in Arnhem and reporting to the Global Head of HR and dotted line to the COO of Wireless Logic Benelux, you will be responsible for managing a variety of human resources functions, which include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development for Blue Wireless and Wireless Logic Benelux. You will ensure our unique work culture, company policies, and legal regulations are well administered in our offices in the Netherlands. This role focuses on fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and contributing to the overall organizational success.

So, what will be on your plate? (key responsibilities)

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection
  • Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration into the company
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues
  • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts in line with company policies
  • Organize and promote employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity

Performance Management:

  • Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems to assess employee performance
  • Work closely with managers to identify training needs and provide coaching for performance improvement
  • Manage the annual appraisal process and provide recommendations for promotions, salary adjustments, and bonuses

Training & Development:

  • Organize and coordinate training programs to support employee development and continuous learning
  • Identify skills gaps and recommend relevant learning opportunities to employees
  • Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

Compliance & HR Policies:

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry standards
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and systems to ensure accuracy and data integrity
  • Assist in policy development and review to align with legal and business requirements

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Assist in managing compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, health insurance, and other employee benefits
  • Provide guidance to employees on compensation and benefits-related queries

HR Reporting:

  • Prepare and present reports on HR metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment, and engagement
  • Analyse HR data to provide insights and support decision-making

If you -

  • have high empathy and emotional intelligence
  • adaptable and flexible - we often deal with unpredictable situations
  • are an excellent professional communicator in Dutch and English both verbal and written - especially needed when explaining policies, conducting interviews and providing feedback
  • are able to handle confidential information with highest discretion
  • have 2 years experience working with Dutch labor laws and regulations, ARBO, and LVV
  • have 2 years experience working with Dutch payroll and pension
  • have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • can foster an inclusive culture, a healthy and positive working environment, and ensure fair treatment of all employees
  • have a relevant educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
