Job Mission

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Supply Chain and Operations (m/f/d) to oversee and optimize our company's supply chain processes and operational efficiency. You will possess a strong understanding of supply chain management principles, logistics, and operational strategies. They will be responsible for coordinating and streamlining the flow of goods, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. You will play a crucial role in identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and driving cost-effective solutions to enhance overall operational performance.

Develop and implement strategies
to optimize the company's supply chain processes, demonstrating strategic thinking in procurement, inventory management, and distribution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan production schedules, and ensure adequate inventory levels, showcasing strategic thinking to meet customer needs.

Oversee supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate vendor performance with a strategic approach to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.

Utilize data analytics and performance metrics with strategic thinking to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within the supply chain.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives, demonstrating strategic thinking to streamline processes, reduce lead times, and minimize costs while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate supply chain performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction strategically.

Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects aimed at improving supply chain efficiency, such as implementing new technologies or process enhancements, applying strategic thinking to drive results.

️Ideal Profile

Strategic thinking mindset with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, demonstrating success in optimizing processes strategically.

Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and develop actionable insights for performance improvement.

Excellent project management skills, strategically planning and executing complex initiatives within tight timelines and budget constraints.

Solid understanding of inventory management principles, demand forecasting techniques, and procurement strategies, reflecting strategic thinking.

Proficiency in supply chain software systems and data analytics tools, showcasing strategic thinking in utilizing technology for optimization.

Strong leadership abilities with a strategic approach to inspire and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive results.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strategically interacting with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement, aligned with strategic goals.

Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to strategic professional development.
