About Us

EMS Assistance BV is a leading provider of international medical repatriation and ambulance services. We offer comprehensive “bed-to-bed” solutions, including ambulance transportation, medical escort on commercial flights, and private medical flights worldwide.

We are currently seeking a Medical Doctor with commercial skills (no BIG registration required) for office-based work. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting and assessing medical information prior to transport
  • Preparing comprehensive Remote Medical Intakes
  • Coordinating admissions with receiving hospitals
  • Communicating effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families
  • Demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively persuade potential clients to utilize our services
  • Collaborating closely with our international operational teams

Requirements

  • Qualified Medical Doctor (BIG registration not required)
  • Experience in emergency medicine, medical coordination, or medical repatriation preferred
  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous
  • Fluent in German, French, or Spanish strongly preferred
  • Fluent English is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
