  • 2 years of experience in customer service or administration is an advantage
  • Analytical skills
  • You like to work with targets and KPI's
  • Good knowledge of the English language. Other languages are an advantage
  • Experienced in working with MS Office, MS Dynamics and Oracle
  • Able to work in an international, multi-cultural environment
  • You are willing to travel to Weert for work and preferably live in the Weert area

Functieomschrijving

For our client, we're looking for a customer service representative Middle-East region. You will support the customer service team and during your day, you will be in contact with colleagues in different departments. With mainly administrative tasks like:

  • Follow up on product availability with our planning department
  • Preparing open order books for our customers
  • Preparing shipment announcements for our customers
  • Logging, investigating and solving customer complaints
  • Processing and follow up on return shipments from customers
  • Maintaining the customer service open order report
