About the job:
The Red Hat Sales team is looking for a Partner Sales Executive based in the Netherlands to join the Netherlands Commercial Sales team.

In this role, you will be expected to expand Red Hat’s presence and adoption of our technologies across your territory with your virtual Sales team and partners. The Partner Sales Executive drives customer value by leading pipeline development and velocity for co-sell partners, and by increasing great partner solutions across customers locally. As a Partner Sales Executive, you'll need to have experience with the ecosystem of partners serving commercial accounts.
What you will do:
  • Accountable for executing Red Hat sales strategy and driving performance and customer success in assigned set of accounts in Commercials dutch segmnent – retaining and growing bookings through partners
  • Apply knowledge of use cases and strategic offering value proposition to win new business and identify and execute opportunities to drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewals across Red Hat portfolio, deepening penetration within accounts
  • Collaborate with Partner Account Managers and partner ecosystem to drive partner-centric customer engagement, aligning Red Hat use cases to client needs and developing solutions with partners that deliver business value
  • Provide customer continuity and account expertise to sales pod for accounts, driving sales performance and positioning Red Hat as a strategic partner
  • Accountable to drive customer innovation, technology adoption, and joint solution selling with Red Hat partner ecosystem
  • Drive partner solution selling and business development through local partner ecosystem (Distribution and solution partners) engagements
  • Qualifying and landing inbound partner co-sell opportunities with the Digital Sales team
  • Create and drive connections between Red Hat sellers and partners, and partner to partner, to deliver solutions to end customers
  • Facilitate match-making within the partner ecosystem to drive opportunities and customer success
What you will bring:
  • 5+ years of experience working in a solutions sales role in a Software industry
  • Excellent leadership & communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse set of stakeholders in a matrixed organization
  • Understanding of the ecosystem landscape and how to engage with partners to create a “better together” value proposition for customers
  • Strategic orientation and value engineering skills to position and sell solutions to client needs and build business cases
  • Ability to articulate the value of Red Hat solutions, and Red Hat’s differentiation with key client stakeholders and partners
  • Track record in delivering effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to cultivate long-term relationships and develop internal advocates across client org, including IT and business functions
  • Proven experience selling complex IT solutions to large organizations and multiple decision makers by engaging the partner ecosystem
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English; ability to present to executives at large companies
  • Ability to sell solutions in a multi-product environment
