Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, responsible, and proactive Warehouse Coordinator who speaks and understands English. This role is a combination of order picking, packing, preparing shipments, and client/customer communication. You are the main point of contact, so you know when shipments are expected and when they will be picked up.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth order picking, packing, and shipment preparation.
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring the correct products and serial numbers are shipped.
• Organize and prepare shipments for both local and international clients.
• Communicate with clients and customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any potential issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
• Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
• Use Exact software for inventory management, order tracking, and reporting (experience with Exact software is a plus).
• Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical or customer service issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required; Dutch is a plus but not essential.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with customers in a professional manner.
• Good computer skills, including experience with MS Office.
• Experience with Exact software or similar inventory/warehouse management systems is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• You live in the Waalwijk/Tilburg/Den Bosch area.
