This is you:
The Accounts Payable Representative is part of the Finance team and performs a variety of clerical and bookkeeping tasks for one or more companies within the Infinite Group.
Your day in the office:
Every day is unique. However, a day in our office would typically include the following:
Handling Accounts Payable like; Processing suppliers’ invoices in the ERP and our online finance tool.
Create a payment batch for our suppliers.
Support CFO and Assistant controller in additional tasks.
Various bookkeeping tasks.
Collaborating with a variety of different departments to better serve the (internal) clients' needs.
