TALENTED, AMBITIOUS AND READY FOR A NEW CHALLENGE? We are currently looking for a business and customer minded and focused Service Coordinator.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, lead and coordinate Service coordination
  • Responsible for service quotation including spare parts
  • Customer point of contact for service/spare part quotes and service jobs
  • Debriefing of service engineers and preparations of follow up documents
  • Assistance of projects / sales to carry out order contracts and service work
  • Handling of service hotline, direct customer calls
  • Coordinate service jobs together with Service & Workshop Manager
  • Project planning coordination together with Service & Workshop Manager and Spares department
  • Project follow-up in cooperation with Sales, Spares & Service Execution
  • Follow up service quotations, profitability
  • Ensure that quotations, projects, targets and KPI’s are met and followed up
  • Ensure that agreed customer expectations are met, content and time
  • Cooperate and work closely with Sales, Service and Spares to drive business and operation forward

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields (i.e. Engineering etc.)
  • Experience in the Maritime / Off-shore service industry preferred
  • Experience in service coordination and execution
  • Experience working cross functional and cross regional within an international company
  • Excellent customer service skills, good networker
  • Solution, business and customer oriented
  • Strong cooperation, communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Self-motivated , flexible attitude and proactive
