Salary: Basic salary + 5% of the sales revenue per month( bonus )

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Qualifications:

• No sales experience needed
• No life-science background needed
• We will provide comprehensive sales training & product knowledge training
• High School Degree or higher ( bachelor degree / Master degree / PhD )
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a relentless drive to succeed
• Fluent in English
• Some Dutch skills would be a plus

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Representative , you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our company
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Generate daily sales reports and participate in weekly sales meetings with the team leader to discuss progress
