What is the role about?
As we continue our journey to be an impact-driven department and build operational rigour to create unparalleled People Experiences within the organisation, we’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our team! In this role, apart from ensuring that our core HR processes run effectively and flawlessly, you will be responsible for offering prompt and quality resolution to queries across various touchpoints in the employee journey along with owning and supporting other org-wide projects and pillars..
How will you make an impact?
- Act as point of contact in handling a range of HR queries related to employee lifecycle (pre-onboarding, contracts, benefits, visa, leaves, data changes, etc.), resolving them in a promptly and in line with the defined SLAs
- Partner closely with other members in the People Team to execute cyclical HR processes and services with a focus on People experience and data integrity
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive all necessary resources and information before they join, in their first weeks and months of employment
- Closely collaborate with members of the People Team to resolve queries (People Business Partner/ Advisor, Talent Acquisition), escalate when necessary
- Own, maintain and communicate core HR processes to stakeholders, and employees
- Maintain data accuracy & provide monthly reports to the People Business Partners/Advisors
- Contribute to a range of program pillars, depending on interest and expertise (Talent Management, Culture, Organisational Effectiveness

You already know your way around most things HR and therefore have a self-starting mentality in getting things done. In addition, you have:
- 4-6 years of experience as a HR Specialist/Generalist across a full-range of HR topics in a fast-paced & preferably, in a tech environment
- An obsession with getting things done with a high level of craftsmanship; you are detail-oriented and triple-check your work before shipping
- Expert prioritisation skills; you can easily handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have sound knowledge of the Dutch Employment Law
- Have affinity towards people, process simplification and problem solving
- Are fluent in English verbal/written (Fluency in Dutch is not a prerequisite)
