Our greatest asset has been, and will always be, our people! We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team and support smooth operations across our European offices, with a focus on Rotterdam and London.

This role will be based in our Rotterdam office and can be a part or full-time (60%-100%).

Responsibilities


  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier services efficiently
  • Process and set up invoices, ensuring timely payments
  • Offer travel support, including visa applications and logistics
  • Plan and coordinate internal events and assist with organizing external events
  • Ensure office appearance, manage supplies, and maintain IT inventory
  • Provide first-level IT support and collaborate with the IT department for more complex issues.
  • Work closely with the Administrative Manager and HR on key projects and initiatives.
  • Provide coverage for the Administrative Manager during absences to ensure seamless operations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for local teams

Qualifications


  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT troubleshooting
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to travel between Rotterdam and London
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
