Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

We are looking for a driven and skilled Manufacturing Engineer with a passion for the high-tech industry to support our clients. In this consultancy role, you will work on various projects at leading organizations. The ideal candidate has a background in engineering, experience with manufacturing processes, and a strong interest in technology.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes within the high-tech, medical, or process industry.
Utilize quality management and systems expertise, especially in the medical industry (ISO 9001, 13485, FDA requirements, audits, FMEA, 8D, SPC, etc.).
Bridge the gap between Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct programming tasks using Python for process optimization and automation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following disciplines:

Electrical Engineering & Instrumentation (Elektrotechniek & Instrumentatie)
Electronics (Elektronica)
Industrial Automation (Industriële automatisering)
Mechatronics (Mechatronica)
Mechanical Engineering (Werktuigbouwkunde)
Business or Industrial Engineering (Technische Bedrijfskunde)
Applied Physics (Technische Natuurkunde)
Aerospace Engineering (Lucht- en ruimtevaarttechniek)
Solid experience in quality management, quality systems
Preferably experience within the medical industry and familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA requirements, audits, FMEA, 8D, SPC, etc.
Strong background in both Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT).
Proficient programming skills in Python.
Knowledge of both the Dutch and English language
