Join Our Team as a Transportation Operator (f/m/x)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Transportation Operator to join the Arthrex Transportation Team in Venlo. This role reports to the Supervisor of Transportation EMEA and supports the logistics departments in our Venlo Distribution Center and the Service Center in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely processing of transport orders;
• Prepare and submit shipping documents to transportation service providers;
• Handle inquiries regarding shipment status and delivery dates;
• Serve as the primary liaison between our operations team and transport providers;
• Establish and report on transport-related KPIs to ensure cost-effective operations;
• File claims for transport damages with various carriers and forwarders.

Your Profile:

• Completed professional training or a comparable qualification, preferably in the transportation sector;
• Several years of professional experience in transport logistics within an internationally operating company;
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or German is a plus;
• Strong knowledge of transport-related functions and activities;
• Excellent communication and coordination skills;
• Strong learning ability, teamwork spirit, and work initiative;
• Knowledge of customs procedures is an advantage;
• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week).
