Restaurant Manager/F&B Supervisor
Lucia’s does not serve any standard dishes. Our chef focuses on fresh ingredients and comfort food. For our various clientele from the hotels, but also the surrounding area, we offer a divers menu with daily specials.

As an Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for managing and motivating the team and ensuring that our guest have an unforgettable experience.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Opening and closing the shift;
• Managing, motivating and training the team;
• Training the new staff;
• Ensuring food safety according to HACCP standards;
• Running duty shifts;
• Inventory management.

Who are you?
Our guest get a smile on their face when you have at their table. They appreciate hearing your suggestion. In addition, you also make the team happy when you are at work.

In addition to the above, we also have a few other qualities that we are looking for:

• You have an passion for food & drinks;
• You live in or close to Amsterdam or Amstelveen;
• You speak Dutch and English fluently;
• You have at least 1-2 years of work experience in or closely related to a F&B related position;
• You are a hard worker, flexible and have a hands-on mentality;
• You have experience in managing a team or have the ambition to learn this.
