Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in food preparation and cooking.
• Ensure that food is prepared to the highest quality, presentation, and taste standards.
• Help manage the kitchen during service, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Assist in managing stock levels and maintaining inventory.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met and upheld at all times.
• Support with menu preparation, daily specials, and recipe execution.
• Train and support junior kitchen staff as needed.
• Help with prep work, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cook or kitchen assistant in a similar environment is a plus.
• A genuine passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
