You are the operational backbone of our creative projects, ensuring a flawless execution from planning to delivery. You manage timelines, budgets, and logistics to bring campaigns as well as internal and external events to life, in an efficient and structured way. Your focus is on project management and process optimization, enabling the creative team to concentrate on delivering high-quality content.

• Oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring all pre-production, on-set, and post-production needs are met.
• Prepare locations, talent, and logistics in an organized and structured manner.
• Maintain and manage the production calendar, shot lists, and retouching schedule to ensure on-time delivery.

• Plan and execute internal & external events from start to finish, ensuring flawless on-brand execution.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate all operational and logistical aspects.
• Ensure that all materials, displays, and branding elements are delivered and set up according to plan.

• Collaborate with 3rd-party vendors and agencies to secure bookings, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships.
• Act as the key liaison between internal teams, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

• Oversee budget planning, tracking, and cost control for productions and events.
• Handle invoices, contracts, and financial documentation to ensure smooth administrative processes.
• Optimize workflows and processes to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness across all productions.

• A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar role.
• Strong project management skills – you're comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and keeping things (and people) on track.
• A natural organizer with a sharp eye for detail and a hands-on mentality.
• Skilled in managing timelines, and production logistics with confidence and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree level or higher
• Strong communicator with excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

• 1-year contract with option for extension to permanent contract;
• A Salary per month based on 38 hours per week, depending on education and experience;
• Our salaries are based on 38 hours per week, but fulltime work is 40 hours per week. Instead, you choose between a lot of holidays; 37 per year ór choose for a 40-hour salary per month with still 25 holidays. You can switch every six months;
