Starbucks Barista

You’ll work alongside your Starbucks colleagues to create a warm, welcoming space for coffee connoisseurs in a dynamic environment, almost around the clock. You’ll deliver a personalised Starbucks experience to your many customers, serving their favourite coffee and treats. The friendly vibe and the attention you pay to everyone will make your Starbucks lounge a place people love to visit and return to. With your efficient routines and seamless workflow, you and your team will keep the store running smoothly. No two days are ever the same and you’ll enjoy great flexibility in your working hours, whether you work early mornings, evenings, nights or weekends. This means you’ll often have plenty of free time during the day!

You will earn €14.42 per hour = €2374.00 per month based on a 38-hour working week

‒ 16 -24 ours part-time / secondary job

• Tips and overtime payment
• 8% holiday pay, paid out in May
• 30% night-shift premium, 50% bank holiday premium
• Travel reimbursement > 10 km (21 cents per km)
• Fuel card with € 0.10 discount/litre for all staffed Shell stations in the Netherlands

Are you the Starbucks Barista we’re looking for to join our store with its warm ambience?

• You love brightening someone’s day by creating handcrafted delicious beverages from Starbucks recipes
• You love ensuring that your Starbucks lounge is a true experience, and building relationships with both your customers and Starbucks partners
• You will immerse yourself in the Starbucks culture and prepare for success through our in-store barista training (hospitality or barista experience is an advantage, but not essential)
• Working early mornings, evenings or weekends is no problem for you
• You have a good command of the Dutch language and English is a bonus for interacting with your international customers
• If your English is great, we’ll be happy to help you learn Dutch

A nice perk is that you get a discount when you refuel at your own service station! The distance by scooter from Breda to Hazeldonk-West is 10 km, or around 10 to 15 minutes by car.
