We are seeking a dynamic Communications, Social, Community and Culture Marketing Manager to uphold our brand image, drive brand awareness and foster cultural relevance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive communication, PR, social media, and community strategies aligned with organizational goals. Integrate cultural insights into marketing plans for maximum impact.
  • Media Relations: Cultivate relationships with press and media representatives, manage media inquiries, and analyze coverage to evaluate strategy effectiveness.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance online presence, plan campaigns, and monitor channels for engagement opportunities.
  • Content Creation: Curate compelling content across various channels that aligns with brand values, objectives, and cultural interests.
  • Platform Management & Community Engagement: Manage and oversee social media accounts, optimize profiles, and engage with the audience to foster relationships.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and manage partnerships with media, influencers, organizations, and events that align with brand values.
  • Communications: Develop communication strategies and respond to feedback effectively.
  • Event management: Plan and execute events to promote the brand and engage stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to align communication efforts with business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Allocate budgets for PR, communications, social media, and culture marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed: Stay current on industry trends, community insights, and social media best practices.


  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Media, Community Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in corporate communications or public relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of cultural trends and their relevance to branding.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
