What will you do as a Shift Supervisor?

Together with your team (about 15 operators) achieve objectives (according to the standards for quality, cost, quantity and timeliness and the regulations on healthy, safety and environment.

Coaching, motivating and guiding team members so you and your team can become better everyday.

In the event of major malfunctions and calamities, you can maintain peace and overview with the aim of achieving a safe and stable working environment within the necessary time.

Besides:

1. Ensure the desired qualitive and quantitative staffing of the team

2. You follow the work processes in close consulation with plant management

3. Fulfill your HR tasks in areas such as performance, assessment, absenteeism, training etc.

4. Monitor and steer the employability of employees

5. You have an eye for the needs of the entire manufacturing organization. You proactively think about cross-team improvement opportunities.

You recognize yourself in this:

• You have experience with coaching and enthusing a team.

• MBO+ working and thinking level in a technical discipline/Vapro C education and several years of relevant work experience as a Shift Supervisor or a similar managerial position within a production environment
