We are now looking for an experienced, driven, and entrepreneurial Sales Manager who’s ready to build their own sales team, drive revenue across all four companies, and become a key part of our leadership.

Your Role:

As our Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of developing and executing a sales strategy across all divisions. You will have the freedom and flexibility to recruit and lead your own team, and you’ll be fully supported with the tools, materials, and resources you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B and B2C sales for all four companies within Darkalt Group
  • Build, manage, and mentor your own high-performing sales team
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and targets for each division
  • Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and markets
  • Maintain strong client relationships and close deals with confidence
  • Collaborate with company directors to align sales with business goals
  • Provide reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales and team leadership (3+ years preferred)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership skills
  • Ability to sell across multiple industries
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Driven, independent, and not afraid to take initiative
