As our Sales Manager, Entertainment & Corporate Market, you'll be at the forefront of account management and business development, championing our collection of hotels in the Netherlands. Your mission? To captivate, conquer, and cultivate partnerships within the local and international market, all from the bustling heart of our Headquarters in Amsterdam. Get ready to make waves and leave a lasting impression while managing our existing accounts and developing new business relationships.

This is what you're going to do


Account Management

  • Manage and prospect for Entertainment & Corporate business in order to meet and exceed annual and monthly budgeted room nights and room revenue assigned to this market segment
  • Builds and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers and increase number of contact persons
  • Extend and negotiate contracted accounts and develop them with further growth
  • Organize Business Review meetings with all your accounts
  • Follow-up sales leads through diverse channels in order to contract new accounts
  • Relationship Management and organizing site inspections in our hotels
  • Booking Entertainment reservations for rooms, including handling requests (by e-mails or telephone / verbal conversations) using the reservation system

Sales strategy

  • Create and implement a Business Development Plan and sales action plan for the Entertainment & Corporate segments in your portfolio
  • Pro-actively provide input for strategic account plans, commercial strategy and the annual sales-and activity plan, pre-openings, SWOT analysis competition, sales blitzes
  • Execute the overall commercial sales strategy together with the revenue department
  • Brings up sales & revenue improvement ideas
  • Create and run campaigns on a European level
  • International Travel to visit fairs and fam trips related to your segment

To succeed in this role as Sales Manager, Entertainment & Corporate Market, we believe you are a born salesperson who does not hesitate to take a leading role in the sales performance of Sircle Collection for your market. You are flexible and have a strong adaptability. You are organized, proactive and an inspiring leader. Together with:


  • At least three years of experience in a similar sales position
  • Excellent communication skills in English, and Dutch is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with selling a hotel group is a plus
  • You live within travel distance of our Headquarters in Amsterdam
