Your Responsibilities

To expand our team in The Netherlands, we are looking for an additional Technical Sales Manager (m/f/d) .
The following interesting tasks await you:
- Acquisition of new customers, as well as commercial and technical consulting and support for our existing clients (including travel requirements)
- Market analysis and monitoring to identify new trends and developments
- Technical product demonstrations to acquire new projects and technical support for existing projects
- Conducting price and contract negotiations
- Handling complaints in close cooperation with internal departments
- Management of customers and projects using a CRM system
- Sales territory covering The Netherlands
Your Profile
You are an ideal fit for us if you bring the following qualifications:
- A technical qualification e.g., Paint Master or Paint Technician with commercial affinity or several years of experience as a Sales Manager of paint products in yachting industry
- Strong technical experience and a solution- and results-oriented representation of customer needs
- Above-average commitment as an “entrepreneur within the company”
- Confident negotiation skills in Dutch and very good English language skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in using standard MS Office applications and CRM software
