Rhenus Warehousing Solutions in Eindhoven is seeking a Senior Quality & Compliance Specialist! With a strong focus on continuous improvement, our company is committed to providing high-quality products and services that meet the highest quality standards while contributing to a more sustainable future. To support our growth and maintain our strong commitment to quality and compliance, we are looking for an experienced Senior Quality & Compliance Officer who contributes to the further professionalization of our Quality, Compliance & Sustainability department.

The function

As Senior Quality & Compliance Officer you are responsible for maintaining and updating our quality management system. You play a crucial role in setting and implementing KPIs to achieve our quality and compliance goals. We want to achieve this through continuous improvement of working methods and procedures and advising actions to propagate the quality vision within Rhenus Warehousing Solutions. Your challenge, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, continuing to deliver top quality in our constantly changing environment.

How will you do that?
'Quality on the warehouse floor' : which involves, together with other Quality specialists, stationing on the floor to assist and support the warehouse staff in detecting and solving compliance errors in real time.

• Conducting and following up on internal audits; GEMBA walks.
• Supervising and following up external audits.
• Preparing periodic reports on topics related to Quality & Compliance, analyzing results, and formulating actions for improvement.
• Keeping Q&C procedures and work instructions up to date, such as changes in laws and regulations, internal improvement processes and changes in internal processes.
• Analyzing and improving current work processes.
• Maintaining customer relations and participating in periodic consultations with customers (Periodic Business review meeting).

You will be doing all of this in close cooperation with your colleagues from Quality, Compliance & Sustainability. The team consists of 18 colleagues in the areas Tilburg and Eindhoven. You will report to the Manager Quality & Compliance.

Who are you?

We are looking for an experienced quality specialist with strong communication skills, a good dose of persuasiveness and who has the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. Critical thinking, seeing improvements and addressing these are important for this role. Furthermore, you have:

• HBO work and thinking level, with a background in quality management.
• More than 5 years of work experience in quality management.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing quality processes.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 - ISO 13485- ISO 28000 and ISO 14001 is nice to have.
