What will you do?

As a Hospitality Service Employee within the 'Casual Dining' concept at Dutch Pancake Masters, your day starts with a meticulous mise-en-place, preparing everything for the arrival of our guests. When guests arrive, you welcome them with your amazing smile, making their visit a delightful experience. You take orders in a friendly manner and serve delicious dishes and drinks efficiently. You are the face of Dutch Pancake Masters! You will also operate the cash register and ensure the restaurant remains clean and inviting. In short, you do everything possible to provide our guests with an unforgettable day. You are also able to tailor your service to guests' needs, such as answering questions about allergies. When it gets busy, you remain calm. At the end of the day, you and the team ensure everything is tidied and cleaned for the next shift. You are a true team player, versatile, and work flexible hours.

Your Workplace

Dutch Pancake Masters is located in the heart of the Amsterdam City Centre on a 3 min walk from Central Station. The 'Casual Dining' concept caters to guests who enjoy elaborate dining. By truly amazing them, we complete the Dutch Pancake Masters experience. Throughout the day, the shift leader is your point of contact regarding tasks. Your supervisor is the Operational Team Lead.

What do you bring?

o You are a team player and bring positive energy with you.

o You are a reliable , responsible and proactive with strong communication skills

o You are guest-oriented, enterprising, and capable of giving guests an unforgettable experience.

o You have some work experience in hospitality. No experience? No problem! We are happy to train you.

o You are available 2 to 5 days per week, preferably one day on the weekend. You can also work during the summer, holidays and partially on public holidays.

What do we offer?

o Flexible contract for 6 months.

o A salary of 14,06 EUR per hour. If you are younger than 21, you will receive a percentage of the starting salary based on your age.

o 8% holiday allowance.
