By joining our team, you will be part of the Sales department. This department is responsible for generating sales, growing business and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers. The Sales team consists of multicultural team members and is based in various regions. As a Sales Operations Officer, you are responsible for supporting the global team on sales, marketing and tender activities.

You support our success by:

• Supporting the Sales team on daily sales activities;
• Managing customer specific requests for samples in cooperation with the Sales Managers and Development Engineers;
• Ensuring the follow-up of tender processes in cooperation with the Bid Manager;
• Preparing and processing tender documentation;
• Managing proposals and contracts and ensuring the adequate administrative processing of orders;
• Attending weekly calls with the Sales team to align on resources and strategy;
• Collecting and analysing market developments and statistics for sales activities;
• Coordinating and organizing customer visits;
• Possibility to travel for conferences and meetings with customers;
• Take ownership in servicing our customer demands.

Your experience includes:

• Higher or academic educational degree in International Business Management or similar studies;
• Minimum of 2-3 years working experience with international customers;
• Commercial skills and customer / service-oriented approach;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Proactive and hands-on mentality Master Microsoft Office tools;
• Experience on CRM system is a plus;
• Ability to focus on details while maintaining an overview;
• Ability to think structurally as well as outside the box;
• Excellent written and spoken English is required, Dutch and additional languages are a plus.
