We are recruiting for Chat Agents (French speaking) to join our growing Chat Operations Team at Web1on1 on a remote, flexible basis. You must be located in the Netherlands or Germany to be considered for this opportunity and be a fluent French speaker.

About the role

The Chat Agent will handle a variety of inbound enquiries on behalf of our customers, appropriately understanding customer needs and providing the necessary information for the Dealership to organise a call back. You also will support customers with booking dealership visits, scheduling services and any other general queries, working with top automotive brands.

We are looking for confident communicators with a desire to learn and gain key skills in Customer Care`. Previous experience is not required; we will provide you with a structured training programme to set you up for success in your role.

Key responsibilities:

• Effectively support inbound chat queries (no sales activities are involved)
• Provide an outstanding customer experience at all times, going above and beyond to delight our customers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant company policies and systems and adhere to these, checking the accuracy of data entry

You must be:

• Fluent in French
