As a Cook, you will be responsible for planning, preparing and cooking buffets and à la carte menus as well as looking after and advising guests at the buffet and in the à la carte business.

What are you going to do?

As a Cook you work independently or in a team and you are responsible for the preparation of dishes according to hotel recipes or according to your own recipes. In addition, you are responsible for planning your daily activities and ordering ingredients and other stock replenishments. You follow the health & safety regulations and are responsible for cleaning your own workstation. Are you stress resilient, and do you have relevant work experience? Then you are the colleague we are looking for!

What are we looking for?

• Helping guests puts a big smile on your face. The ‘always a pleasure’ mentality is second nature for you, and you are happy go the extra mile for our guests;
• You are a hard worker with an eye for detail and see a challenge in every situation;
• You have the passion to share your kitchen knowledge with your colleagues. You have a good command of the English language, Dutch is an advantage;
• You have previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment, and you are ready for the next step in your career.
