At our branch on the Conradweg in Bergen op Zoom we work for two unique fashion brands:

Patagonia, Inc. is an American clothing company that markets sustainable (outdoor) clothing. Patagonia was founded with an eye for quality. Lululemon is a yoga-inspired, technical athletic apparel company for women and men. Tasks and responsibilities:

As a team leader you are responsible for managing a team within Bleckmann Bergen op Zoom. You drive productivity and make improvement proposals that contribute to customer satisfaction. You enable the employee within the team to perform their tasks as best as possible and efficiently. You also coach and motivate your employees and you can train new employees. You report to your Supervisor and maintain good contacts with various departments within Bleckmann. Do you see this work being carried out? If you are our new Team Leader, apply quickly! The main duties and responsibilities:

• You ensure the optimal functioning of your department;
• You improve productivity and efficiency;
• You implement improvements and changes with regard to activities, methods and working methods;
• You minimize the number of errors in your department;
• You conduct consultations within and outside your department;
• You carry out work regarding the personnel file;
• You replace the Supervisor during leave/illness and may wish to progress to Supervisor in the future.

Profile:

• You have an MBO working and thinking level;
• You have good knowledge of the logistics organization;
• You have knowledge and experience in managing warehouse employees;
• You have good knowledge of warehouse management systems (preferably PKMS);
• You have a positive attitude and good communication skills;
• You have experience in working with logistics processes and as a Team Leader;
• You have excellent knowledge and command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written;
• You have experience with carrying out quality procedures in ISO 9001;
• You are flexible and stress-resistant and willing to work overtime in (and if necessary outside) the season;
• You are willing to work in different shifts, currently working in the day shift;
• You have the following competencies: Improvement-oriented, team player, understanding and satisfying customers, sense of business ethics.
