We are Quatt, a fast-growing Dutch scale-up on a mission to make sustainable home energy solutions accessible to all. With an aim to help 3 million households transition by 2030, we're looking for a Talent Recruiter who is eager to support our growth by attracting top talent. You'll play a key role in our recruitment process, working closely with the Recruitment Business Partner and hiring managers to build a strong Sales & Marketing team that will drive our mission forward.

What you will do:

• Screen and source candidates for mainly the Sales & Marketing team within the organization. Also screen and source candidates for other roles if needed.

• Conduct first interviews and provide insights to hiring managers.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

• Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs.

• Conduct salary benchmarks and prepare competitive offer proposals.

• Perform market research and advise on job titles, vacancies and descriptions.

• Manage pre boarding processes, including HiBob setup and preparation of onboarding materials.

• Oversee offer management to ensure alignment with company standards and candidate expectations.

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment with a focus on sourcing and candidate engagement.

• Ability to manage multiple roles and conduct thorough market research.

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with an emphasis on relationship-building.

• Experience with salary benchmarking and offer preparation.

• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in English & Dutch.

• A collaborative approach, ready to work closely with the Recruitment Business Partner and hiring managers.
