ASML is looking for an ambitious supply chain project manager that is able to deliver improvement projects with impact in the area of packaging within the integral supply chain. Exciting role for academics with 8+ years’ work experience and strong stakeholder management skills, who are passionate about high tech (service) supply chains.

As part of the Planning & Deliver Re-use Ops Transport Materials Excellence team, you are responsible to drive and implement re-use processes and standardization of ASML’s transport materials into a single ERP system. Improve existing transport material re-use processes within factory, D&E processes, (global) logistics and suppliers quality to make ASML more sustainable by reducing CO2 footprint and at the same time generate savings for ASML. Implement and embed transport materials return and re-use flows on an end-2-end basis.

Role and responsibilities

• Create and drive world-wide implementation of registration and execution solution of transport materials into ASML’s ERP system and impact to ASML’s supply base and planning way of working

• Lead x-sector project team as workstream lead within BPI way of working

• Ensure solution is fully aligned and agreed with architectural and business teams

• Lead and drive projects and/or improvements according to ASML’s roadmap

• Steer project team of ASML- and supplier professionals

• Ensure solutions are properly tested and validated with relevant stakeholders

• Ensure delivery of relevant project documentation (L4/L5 procedures, SoW, etc.) and other requirements

• Ensure adoption of change within business and owners

• Build-up good work relation with stakeholders within and outside own department

• Align solution and change with IT relevant stakeholders

Education and experience

• Relevant Master degree is a must (e.g. Industrial Engineering & Management Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration)

• 8 years+ work experience of which at least 3 years relevant project management experience

• Deep understanding of supply chain and planning concepts

• Track record of delivering improvement programs through IT solutions and change in business process

• A tactical, analytical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills, decision making and project management skills

• Drive for results, act under high pressure and stakeholder management

• Cultural awareness

• SAP knowledge is a pre

• Lean experience preferred

• Change management knowledge and experience is a pre

• Circular process experience is preferred

• Knowledge on ASMLs (BPI) Project Management Methodology is a pre

The team is part of the Delivery department within the Planning & Delivery (P&D) sector. P&D is the neutral party within ASML that is responsible for creating the stretched and rational plan for the entire supply chain. ASML’s aggressive time-to-market strategy and increasing system functionality leads to significant increase of the company’s activities at customer premise. As a result, we manage a increasingly complex global supply chain network with tens of thousands of unique spare parts and tools with differentiated and affordable state-of-art supply chain concepts.
