Principal Accountabilities:

• Work closely with our customers in specialized departments to gather reporting requirements, analyze underlying business processes, and identify key data sources.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes, integrating various data sources into a centralized data platform to ensure high data quality and reliability.
• Use tools like Databricks or Synapse for data engineering tasks, such as transforming and orchestrating large data sets, and Power BI for creating data models and interactive dashboards.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Expertise in data engineering, including experience with data orchestration, transformation, and integration.
• Experience in developing dashboards using a BI tool, preferably Power BI, with a focus on delivering business value through data visualization and analytical insights.
• Enthusiasm for working independently on complex projects within an agile, international team environment, where collaboration and mutual support are highly valued.
• Knowledge of business processes, particularly in SAP, is considered as advantage.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Fluent in English; basic knowledge of German is a plus.
