You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.

Achieve the objectives in line with the company strategy and targets all whilst maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to Patriot International QHSE Policy and Procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Extensive knowledge and experience with Hydrostatic, Pneumatic and Leak Testing of pipelines in the Oil & Gas industry (on and offshore).
• Leading and supporting the team independently and successfully.
• Have knowledge of all necessary equipment and suppliers.
• Supervising the execution of work and/or projects in such a way that delivery takes place in accordance with internal and external requirements.
• Collects all the information to prepare the work in such a way that the execution meets the internal and external requirements in terms of safety, professionalism, lead time and commerce.
• Monitors the progress of work and/or projects.
• Administers hours, materials, orders, requests, work orders and the like clearly and transparently in cooperation with Division Lead.
• Is committed to achieving and maintaining quality and safety during all actions / activities that occur.
• Is committed to creating a TRA for all work that is carried out.

Skills:

• Minimum 2 years industry experience.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Knowledge of working in a service orientated environment.
• Experience of how site based projects run.
• Good communication skills ‍

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Dordrecht (NL)

Needed: EU citizen or valid work permit for the Netherlands.
