About your role and the team:

Our team of wizkids is in need of a part-time Office Manager. OWOW has grown quite a bit over the last few years and since we feel our people are our most valuable assets, we are looking for someone who can fully dedicate themselves to supporting our wizkids and office processes. Preferably you already have a few years of experience and are able to work independently. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute your ideas to improve our office processes, together with our Finance & HR Manager, Operations Manager, Team of wizkids and CEO’s.

‍ Let’s get specific. This is what you’ll be doing:

  • Keeping the office & our meeting rooms organized and tidy
    • Making sure everybody has the tools (laptop/software) they need to work with

    • Ordering groceries and office supplies

    • You support with several contracts and the internal and external communication that comes with that

    • Arrange the opening and closing of the office

    • Take care of our plants and making sure employees have a nice working environment

    • Make sure we have a fresh and nice lunch delivered weekly

    • Communicating with external parties like our cleaning service

  • Organizing and executing any upgrades to the office

  • You have a supporting role in the inflow and outflow of wizkids and support the HR manager where necessary

  • Organizing birthdays/events and arrange presents (internal and external)

  • You are proactive, a troubleshooter and spot opportunities to improve our agency
