We are looking for an experienced pedagogical employee for 25,5 hours per week for our babygroup (preferably Tu-Wed-Fr).

What will you do?

As a pedagogical employee at Villa Bloom you will be responsible for the daily care, development, and well-being of a group of children, focusing on the age group of 0-2 years. Your tasks will include:

• Creating a safe group atmosphere where children feel comfortable and are encouraged in their development, following the pedagogical policy plan;
• Guiding children in daily activities and organizing development-oriented activities both inside and outside the location;
• Taking responsibility for the mentorship of assigned children, supported by the pedagogical coach and the location manager;
• Monitoring children's development through observation methods and reporting monthly to the location manager and pedagogical coach through group meetings and child records and reports;
• Performing light housekeeping duties in the group and ensuring hygiene and good condition of inventories;
• Guiding and instructing group assistants and interns when present, and reporting periodically to the location manager and/or the pedagogical coach.

You're the first to put on those wellies and take the children outside, seeing opportunities everywhere and sharing your enthusiasm with the children.

For this position, we are looking for an experienced pedagogical employee for 25,5 hours per week for our babygroup (preferably Tu-Wed-Fr).

Foreign diplomas are assessed by DUO (for EEA countries and Switzerland) or IDW (for non-European diplomas) and equated to a comparable Dutch diploma;
• You are a nature lover and fit well within Villa Bloom's vision;
• You have a positive personality;
• You are a real team player and enjoy working together in a close-knit group of colleagues;
• You have a passion for working with children and intuitively understand their needs;
• You are caring, responsible, and have excellent communication skills;

• Your English is at B2 level.
